Embedded Software Engineer – (2 Job Openings)

Analyze and develop new applications and propose programming solutions in the area of hard/soft real-time embedded systems. Perform applicable coding. Design, configuration, testing, documenting and implementing enhancements to the systems using programming languages such as C/C++/Assembly for Micro-controllers. Develop CAN, GMLAN protocols to write code for communication device drivers between devices. Develop schematics and generate netlist. Design, develop and test BSP, device drivers, boot loaders and applications for ARM7/9/11/Tricore/NEC processors including systems and kernel level development on embedded Linux 2.6 Kernel/WinCe/QNX/OSEK RTOS platform. Provide product support with test benches, simulation models, test software and manufacturing test software. BSEE/CS + 5 yrs. progressive exp. in realtime embedded software, device drivers and applications over RTOS.

 

SUN Systems Adminstrator

Project management and system administration of SUN server system. Managing UNIX/Network based systems in a (24/7) production and staging environment. Administering Solaris servers and users spread across multiple sites on UNIX (SUN Solaris, Linux) and supporting AS400 systems. Monitoring, troubleshooting, deploying high performance, high availability Sun Servers Using Veritas Volume Manager, Sun Cluster and Veritas Netbackup. Configuring of Oracle database and Oracle Apps on Solaris and UNIX; building customized jumpstart & kickstart server; creating resources for clusters environments and testing cluster failovers and rectifying possible failure points. BSCS + 5 yrs. exp. Will accept candidates with 7 years of experience in job duties in lieu of degree. Must be SUN Certified System Administrator. - Job#1221A

Unix Systems Administrator (3 openings)

Managing UNIX/NT/Network based systems in a (24/7) production and staging environment. Administering servers and users spread across multiple sites on UNIX (SUN Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, AIX) and Windows NT System/Network Administration. Work with software and tools SUN Solstice Disk suite, SAM, NIS, NIS+, NFS, DNS, SSH, Sendmail, Veritas File manager, Legato backup, Samba, RAID. Work with Networking and communication devices, TCP/IP, VLAN and Unix shell/perl scripting, Web Servers, SAN, NAS EMC storage. BS in Engineering or CS + 2 yrs. exp. in performing job duties. Will accept a bachelor's equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service.





Business Development Manager



Description:

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Conduct market analysis and create a targeted list of alliance partners which best compliment Inteliant Technologies's services; establish and solidify direct relationships with strategic partners based on clearly defined mutual goals and objectives; gain senior management support for partnerships; structure, negotiate, and execute legal agreements that meet the business objectives of the company and selected partners; build internal awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the partnership and draw on the appropriate resources across the Inteliant Technologies's organization.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree with an emphasis in business administration or field or equivalent experience. Masters degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years experience in partnering and/or joint product development with software application vendors.
  • A successful track record in developing, selling to, and managing multiple Internet/Software technology alliances. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to structure a business relationship and aggressively drive it towards concrete results.
  • Experience with Web based applications, ASP's, .com companies, and information service bureaus.
  • Able to work independently and as a leader to focus and utilize internal resources effectively in a dynamic team environment.
